My wife, Teri, and I spent 11 days in Es Canar recently (8 - 19 June) and Solea was by far the best place in town. They hadn’t been open for very long at all but the team led by Monica, Virginia and Sergio were excellent. We called in for cocktails a few times and made reservations for more than a few evenings, the service and food was great. We celebrated our anniversary there (44 years) and there were no other places we wanted to eat on our last night but here. The team are young but very friendly and attentive we were made very welcome and cannot recommend them highly enough.

A beautiful sea view from the spacious terrace, minimalist décor of an elegant restaurant, combined with delicious Mediterranean cuisine, perfectly paired wine, and professional service make dinner feel like a truly special occasion. I highly recommend visiting if you’re on Ibiza!

My wife and I had an amazing dining experience here just this evening. Pol and the team were incredible and attentive hosts. We had the Pork & Fig, and the Hake for main courses and they were some of the best food we've had for a while. So fresh and flavoursome. Wishing all the team the very best and hopefully see you soon.

We had the best paella ever here. The wonderfull hostess Virgina was so kind and knew exactly what we would like. She recommended the best fresh lobster paella - off menu - we ever had. All the other people working there were also so professional and kind. The ambiance is so good, by the sea with a beautiful view and a soft breeze. The restaurant only works with fresh ingrediënts and you can taste it in every bite. The paella (lobster or marinera) was perfectly cooked with a delicious taste. The cocktails, piment padrons, calamari and red prawn carpaccio were also very delicious. We have eaten here three times in three days. They also had a super fun kids club during the day with a nice and kind lady. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you all for the best food and a wonderful time!

Gorgeous food, beautifully presented local twists on classic dishes. Similar to the cocktails; their own unique concoctions of well known classics. Lovely waiter Axel who was polite and attentive. Great setting right by the beach with the sound of the crashing waves as our background music. Quite quiet in the restaurant itself, no music or many people but that suited us.

Had 2 great evenings here last week, the first booked on a whim after listening to the violinist playing one evening from close by. Is run by a really great team, serves fantastic food, there choices of tapas-y dishes as well as fresh local options too, and great service (thanks for looking after us Axel ) and buzzy atmosphere. All very fairly priced too. Had such a lovely evening we also returned for a special occasion and the team made us feel very special which was really appreciated, You’re not rushed at all and that it’s right on the seafront, add in some fantastic music put on (the singer / musician on Friday was also fantastic!! ) Would definitely recommend for evening dining and there were also some tables just getting drinks too. As others have said, the nicest restaurant in the area IMO, good luck to the team for the rest of the season,
